[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Government of India, Ministry of Labour has come out with a circular dated 09/01/2019, wherein they have reduced the time limit for uploading of Inspection Report by Social Security Officer on Shram Suvidha Portal from existing 72 hours to 48 hours.
The change has been done in order to reduce the possibility of undue pressure tactics being adapted by the government officials on the employers.
