The Employees Provident fund organisation has extended the last date of filing ECR for the month of December 2025 from 15th to 20th January owing to issues in their web site. Relevant circular is attached. There shall be no interest or damages charged for PF dues payment till 20th Jan, 2026.

The Employees State Insurance Corporation has launched a new amnesty scheme for the benefit of employers and employees whereby court cases can be withdrawn and pending disputes settled amicably. The fine print of the scheme is uploaded.
The ESI Corporation has launched a scheme called SPREE, to promote voluntary registration by employers under the ESI Scheme w.e.f. 1st July, 2025. According to the scheme, any employer who registers for coverage under the ESI Act during the period from 1st July, 2025 to 31st Dec, 2025 shall not be bothered for any retrospective coverage and punitive action for non coverage.
