As per cicular dated 09/04/2019 Special Allowance has been increased by Rs. 03.70 per day w.e.f. 01/04/2019 to 30/09/2019. Hence new minimum wages (Basic + Special Allowance) w.e.f. 01/04/2019 shall be as under for different class of industries.
Now total special allowance is Rs.39.90.
Check out the below attached document for rates being given presuming that the industry falls in Zone-II or Zone- III where ever so declared.
