Parag Gandhi, managing Partner of Parag Gandhi and Associates, established the Firm in 1988 during a time when the emergence of any law firms in Ankleshwar / Bharuch area was still in its nascent stages and the conventional practice of law was mainly confined to the corridors of courts. Mr. Gandhi regularly advises multinational corporations on critical issues including but not limited to employee engagement and, Industrial disputes, negotiation with trade unions and conciliation proceedings conducted by labour commissioners. Mr. Gandhi is also actively involved in advising clients on human resource policies, schemes, labour and employment law compliances in India both at the federal and state level. He has also advised clients on sensitive issues involving closure of undertakings and transfer of employees.

Mr. Gandhi has advised numerous multinational and domestic companies across industry segments on legal and regulatory issues involved at various stages of project conception and execution, including on entry strategies, approvals and know how.

Mr. Gandhi has authored and contributed articles in magazines like “Industrial Update” and. Parag, has also been an expert speaker on topics at various seminars and conferences organised by leading Government and industry bodies and has also contributed as a panel expert in admission process at SEMCOM College, Vallabh vidyanagar.

Mr. Gandhi ventured out to shape his vision, with only two associates and now, after an interesting and challenging journey of over three decades, he has a family of more than 05 attorneys with professional touch and a support staff of 12 officers.

Mr. Gandhi is passionate about his work who believes consulting requires consensus building and his relationship with consulting is for the long haul.
